ND-Tech's DSP STAR products are the comprehensive hardware development boards for the TMS320C6000TM DSP and the dedicated software tool - DSP STAR Code Builder. The DSP STAR Code Builder IDE is a free dedicated software development tool which provides the user to edit, compile/build, execute and debug the application program for DSP STAR development hardware boards, of which debuggings are connected via RS232 serial connection rather than JTAG connection. ND-Tech also implements video/audio compression standards such as H.264 and AAC+ targeted at Digital Multimedia Broadcasting on Texas Instruments OMAP DSP.

ND-Tech also publishes the DSP book in Korean for students and engineers to provide first-level technical service in 2003.
